Job Description:

Our team is the voice of IKEA. We use words, pictures and videos to tell the story about IKEA, to build our brand and inspire people with our offer. We bounce ideas back and forth, we challenge each other and we are crazy passionate about communication. Of course we’re also the ones who make sure to keep all our fellow co-workers informed, engaged and connected in a constantly changing business environment.

Job Responsibility:

Recruit members and identify members
Build rich knowledge about members
Deliver relevant communication to activate members and drive traffic
Measurement and tracking
Budget planning and controlling
Lead HZ livestream project

Requirements:

Helps us create a good relationship with our customers by positioning IKEA as enabler of a better life at home for everyone
Drives both online and offline store visits, inspires identification and compels members to have an ongoing relationship with IKEA Family
Motivates active brand engagement and drives incremental YOY (year over year) sales
Enables us to gain a deeper understanding of our members so we can better serve each member, optimize the program, and identify more potential members to connect with
Familiar with live streaming operations, balancing membership growth with live streaming activities
