The Local Marketing Executive supports the planning, creation, and execution of local marketing across our priority cites and properties with a focus on our new builds and asset management initiatives (AMIs). The role involves liaising with city teams on the USPs of their property, content and information gathering on local events and opportunities, managing localised marketing templates which can be used at scale, coordination of event material, Student Union marketing and performance reporting to ensure consistent and engaging local marketing plans are in line with our national marketing. Working with the Campaign Marketing Manager, the role develops and activates commercial-led and tactical marketing activity while working closely with the city teams on their marketing needs. This role is a 12 month fixed-term contract.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and collate specific USPs of our cities and properties
Research and identify local open days, housing fairs, offer open days and other opportunities within universities
Work with the city teams to understand any on property events they are holding
Lead and co-create a variety of local marketing templates which can be used locally but on scale
Brief assets and requirements into our inhouse design team
Work with the campaign manager to create and own local marketing plans for our top 5 challenge cities
Visit our top 5 challenge cities to understand and identify any additional marketing opportunity
Coordinate local Student Union activity
Collaborate with specific members of our team on things like email and social depending on local / partner activity
Manage the marketing inbox

Requirements:
