Driving customer growth in the local market by developing and executing online marketing initiatives based on commercial goals that generate qualified leads, nurture customer relationships, and increase lifetime value. Delivering local customer and market insights, to improve central customer development strategies and programs.
Job Responsibility:
Identify local customer development opportunities based on behavior, industry and potential value
Work with channels to daily optimize incoming traffic and convert traffic into returning loyal customers online
Analyze local competitors (market / customer) and implement online improvements
Maintain awareness of local industry trends and customer expectations
Leverage local CRM insights to support customer loyalty and re-engagement programs in collaboration with Central Marketing
Works with local customer Service and Sales teams to follow-up on customer feedback and development to increase webshop performance
Advise Central Marketing on developing customer segmentation
Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns that resonate with local audiences in corporation with central marketing
Optimize messaging and tone of voice based on local language, culture and seasonality
Support identifying sales and marketing levers (such as ABM, lead management, and prospecting) to drive qualified traffic and customer growth
Requirements:
Higher vocational level of thinking and 2-4 years of relevant experience or Academic level of thinking and minimal of 2 years of relevant experience
Fluent knowledge of local language and English, spoken and written
Knowledge of how digital channels drive traffic and how to convert visitors into loyal customers
Experience in customer marketing and campaign planning
Familiarity lead management tools and prospecting strategies
Familiarity with analyzing competitors and identifying opportunities for online improvement
Understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior and potential values
Understanding how to use customer data to support retention and re-engagement
Strong communication and coordination skills
Analytical mindset to interpret market data and derive actionable insights
Ability to work cross-functionally with central and local teams
Ability to identify customer development opportunities
Skilled in creating targeted marketing campaigns
Experience in converting traffic into loyal customers
Capable of analyzing local competitors and trends
