Job Description

This role will be responsible from Local Key Account Clients and reporting directly to Channel Manager (Sales Account Management). As Local Key Account Manager - Sales Account Management, you will be responsible for all sales strategies for the assigned clients. Develop and manage SCJ business in the assigned group of accounts and achieving annual objectives of volume, profit and growth for the accounts within provided budget.

Job Responsibility

  • Planning and implementing customer specific promotions, campaigns and tailor made executions for defined accounts
  • Lead the business process through alignment both of Internal and external with excellent operation process to get optimum results from planning, execution, evaluation and anticipation
  • Ensure to deliver perfect store target
  • complete assortment, planogram compliance, captaincy partnership, share of space, free display, driving winning in store
  • Accurately forecast based on annually, quarterly and monthly basis
  • Work and collaborates with commercial teams (Customer marketing, marketing etc.) to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
  • Ensuring achievement of set business goals and obstaining internal and external customers satisfaction to build up strong new relationships and strengthen up current ones with related departments and grades
  • Managing trade budget effectively and get the best outcome of investments, develop and manage budget plan, utilization / execution, monitoring and evaluation
  • Build, execute & evaluate smart spending to get optimum result (maximum allocated budget)
  • Deliver and evaluate Sales Fundamental (Distribution, Service level, AR)
  • Negotiating and resolving disputes and customer claims in changing circumstances
  • Drive and identify opportunity, anticipate and managing challenge to deliver KPI revenue, profitable growth and position in the market
  • Knowledgeable accounts profile and situation, build trusted business partnership. Define strategic development plan including to define opportunity and bring accounts to the next level of business performance
  • Driving category growth opportunity in the assigned accounts channel based on client profiles and shopper behavior (planograming, promotion strategy and assortment strategy)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or Business Administration &Economics in a reputable university
  • Minimum 3 or 4 years experiences in sales and have a min 2 years Local Key account sales management experience preferably in international FMCG environment
  • No travel restriction
  • Driving license (Class B)
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding in Local Key Accounts trade dynamics, following trends and best practices
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret and utilize data for business insights
  • Strong presentation skills & Microsoft Office (excel, power point, etc.) proficiency
  • Result oriented and having problem solving mindset
  • Good working attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English and Turkish is must (Both speaking &writing)
  • Be a team player and have strong communication skills
