Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement Business Plans for Local Key Accounts, aligned with company strategy, commercial policies and shopper insights
Lead annual contract negotiations and maximize return on investments through effective commercial agreements
Build strong customer relationships, identifying needs and driving regular Business Review meetings
Ensure category leadership by optimizing presence in promotions, leaflets, tailored actions and customer campaigns
Coordinate Trace Calendar activities and assess their impact on P&L and category performance
Monitor competition, market dynamics and category trends to identify growth opportunities and risks
Track customer performance through KPIs and ensure consistent sales management processes
Coach STL colleagues to strengthen commercial capability and elevate customer management excellence
Requirements:
Commercial experience, including at least 2 years of complex customer management
Solid understanding of category, financial drivers and commercial return
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions
Effective communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams
