Coca‑Cola HBC is strengthening its Key Accounts team by hiring a high‑potential Local Key Account Manager – Cash & Carry & Wholesale. If you are passionate about building customer partnerships, shaping commercial execution, and influencing distributors in a dynamic FMCG environment, we would like to meet you. You'll grow with us — shaping the customer strategy for top local Cash & Carry and Wholesale partners, elevating our presence in-store, and driving execution excellence together with cross‑functional teams that support your development every step of the way.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the portfolio of top Local Cash & Carry accounts and key Local Wholesale customers
  • Develop and implement Business Plans and Trade Calendars aligned with company strategy and shopper insights
  • Lead annual contract negotiations, ensuring optimal commercial agreements and return on investment
  • Build strong customer relationships with key decision makers across Cash & Carry and Wholesale
  • Apply and manage the new commercial policy across assigned customers
  • Influence distributors on driving availability, distribution, and flawless in-store execution
  • Ensure execution of promotions, activations, and tailored actions at store level
  • Monitor customer performance through KPIs and run regular Business Review meetings
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Field CCH, Marketing, Supply Chain, CS&CDE, Finance and Commercial Excellence
  • Communicate promotional plans, execution priorities and commercial calendars to the Field CCH team

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Traditional Trade and strong exposure to distributors
  • Proven account management skills with local customers
  • Strong local network within the Cash & Carry and Wholesale environment (a strong advantage)
  • Solid understanding of category dynamics, financial drivers, and commercial return
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable commercial plans
  • Effective communication and collaboration across multiple teams
  • University degree, advanced English level and Category B driving license
