Job Description:

Local Head of Ops plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations/activities related to COO capabilities retained locally, ensuring adherence to global target model and capabilities, while ensuring oversight of local needs.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and coordinate daily activities related to local COO capabilities
Support the Local Head of IT in effectively addressing client needs and questions/ issues related to operations
Monitor local operations performances by setting up appropriate KPIs tracking
Cover HR activities related to local Ops workforce

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to manage local capabilities in alignment with global policies and standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively report operational challenges and needs to the global team
Experience in setting up and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and manage a team effectively
