Job Responsibility

Lead and execute local marketing initiatives across an assigned territory, including community partnerships, sponsorships, and school-based programs
Plan and support store-level events such as grand openings, anniversaries, and customer appreciation events
Coordinate and manage on-site event execution, including setup, teardown, and customer interaction
Install and maintain promotional materials and event signage to encourage walk-in traffic
Collaborate closely with store managers, operations teams, and regional leadership
Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and identify new advertising opportunities
Act as a brand representative in the community and at live events
Support the expansion of event programs as the organization scales from approximately 45 to over 100 events annually
