Job Description

This is a hands-on field marketing opportunity supporting store-level marketing, community partnerships, and live events across a multi-state territory. The role is remote when not traveling, with frequent in-market travel and on-site event execution. This position plays a visible role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and store traffic.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and execute local marketing initiatives across an assigned territory, including community partnerships, sponsorships, and school-based programs
  • Plan and support store-level events such as grand openings, anniversaries, and customer appreciation events
  • Coordinate and manage on-site event execution, including setup, teardown, and customer interaction
  • Install and maintain promotional materials and event signage to encourage walk-in traffic
  • Collaborate closely with store managers, operations teams, and regional leadership
  • Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and identify new advertising opportunities
  • Act as a brand representative in the community and at live events
  • Support the expansion of event programs as the organization scales from approximately 45 to over 100 events annually

  • 1-2+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or local brand activation
