Job Description:

The job involves managing compliance risk, overseeing legal requirements and incident handling, promoting a culture of integrity, providing training, and implementing and monitoring compliance-related processes.

Job Responsibility:

Compliance Risk Identification and Assessment
Monitoring of Compliance with External Requirements & Early Warning
Establish and implement an annual Compliance Plan
Promote a culture of Compliance and Integrity by being a trusted partner for Senior Management
Providing Compliance Training & Communication
Compliance Investigations and Incident Handling
Coordination of measures to prevent and detect compliance breaches by performing department controls and spot checks
Handling potential conflict of interest situations at company level
Documentation and monitoring of compliance-related processes as well as consulting and monitoring of measures for process improvement

Requirements:

Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills with good fluency in English language
University degree in Law from a top tier accredited institution or 5 years of relevant experience in Compliance function handling similar job responsibilities as above
Minimum 10 years post educational experience in Financial, Law, IT, Insurance
Strong knowledge in Anti-Corruption, Anti-Fraud, Economic Sanctions and Legal change monitoring and internal investigations
High ethics and integrity
