The Local Business Support is a technico-Fonctionnel Expert managing and optimizing sales and distribution processes within the Organization. He is also the focal point on processes related to master data, sales, deliveries, pricing, and billing. He has the end-to-end overview of Order-to-Serve tools interfaced with SAP4HANA with a specific focus on local applicative landscape.
Job Responsibility:
Guaranteeing the Order to Cash process: Flows control and Idoc analysis for EDI Pharm (hospitalis, Chorus Pro., Doc one, DataOne), Eurydice, GERS
Monitoring of Edi order flows to assess whether external flows (Edipharm) are operating correctly (check order volumes on GIS portal)
Monitoring Daily public customer invoicing through the Chorus portal / (Orders & invoices volume check)
Raising alerts to Edipharm whenever a flow issue occurs and following-up
Raising alerts to Edipharm whenever a customer data issue occurs and being proactive in the resolution (search for blocking elements in customer data, contact customer if necessary etc.)
Being the internal reference for any questions related to the Order to Cash process: Master Data, commercial policy, order management, distribution flow, financial flow
Monitoring enhancements, changes and releases France Domestic sales (including DromCom)
Ensuring internal and external monitoring to adapt the Order to Cash process to business changes
Ensuring Business continuity locally considering global initiatives’ implementation
Being proactive and challenging/optimizing operating processes
Ensuring continuous improvement activity
Ensuring the initiation of Business Cases for various projects and initiatives
Act as a point of contact with global teams to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and Core Model standards
Strong knowledge of Salesforce to support business processes, drive adoption, and enhance data-driven decision-making
Secure the definition of business requirements and translate them into detailed specifications for Digital teams and integrators
Promote benchmarking and best practices to expand the use of Salesforce, aiming to deliver productivity gains, process efficiency, and automation
Requirements:
Strong Knowledge of common Information System (IS) solutions and ERP (SAP SD) used within Supply Chain
Knowledge of Local and Global solutions interfaced with SAP4HANA: EDI Pharm (hospitalis, Chorus Pro., Doc one, DataOne), Eurydice, GERS, ESKER OCR, INNOWERA, WES PHARMA
Business Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of business processes, especially Order to Cash
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues efficiently
Communication Skills: Effective communication to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English)
Proficiency in Salesforce, with the ability to leverage its functionalities to support project execution and stakeholder engagement
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and departments
Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent
