As a Business Development Manager, you’ll use your prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills to promote our brand to the local business community and beyond. Job Responsibility:
Grow and develop our Corporate and Local Business database
Sell cars and associated packages to the business community, including Contract Hire, Leasing, and outright purchase options
Build strong relationships with new prospects and maintain existing customers by managing renewals
Consistently achieve new car and commercial vehicle sales targets, as well as franchise KPIs
Drive aftersales growth through increased corporate vehicle volumes
Meet monthly fleet department registration targets and brand performance indicators
Requirements:
A proven track record in sales and performance
Confidence, resilience, energy, and drive to succeed
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
A clean driving licence
FCA approval (or willingness to be trained)
