The Local Associate Account Manager is responsible for supporting and managing local television advertising sales accounts from booking through invoicing. This role serves as a key partner to Account Executives and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate order execution, campaign stewardship, reporting, and billing support. The position is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is primarily internal-facing and focuses on operational execution rather than direct sales activities.
Job Responsibility:
Support all Local Multimedia sales activities, including Linear, Addressable, Programmatic, and Self-Serve advertising, from sale through post-sale
Steward assigned accounts from pre-sale through post-sale, including ongoing maintenance and revisions
Handle order input, management, and servicing for local linear television campaigns
Execute revisions to orders and budgets of record as required
Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns, monitor performance, and deliver client reporting
Partner with Traffic teams to address discrepancies, ensure correct commercial placement, and meet programming requirements
Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams to support billing, invoice adjustments, and pricing corrections
Manage made-goods, spot replacements, and ensure campaigns run in full
Produce and distribute pre-logs, post-log reports, and posting reports
Perform heavy data entry, documentation, and record keeping
Support political sales activity as needed
Communicate with agencies primarily via email regarding orders, reporting, and fulfillment
Review real-time programming changes with sellers and managers to ensure accurate execution
Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience
1+ year of experience in a related industry preferred
Ability to operate within structured, routine processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with a team
Interest in working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience supporting local linear television advertising
WideOrbit experience (revenue recognition and trafficking system) — considered a key differentiator

Exposure to Salesforce or other sales-adjacent systems (beneficial when paired with local linear experience)
