Job Responsibility:

Build strong rapport with associates and create a positive, team-oriented environment
Support the rollout of training initiatives and foster staff engagement through ongoing development
Have a consistent and visible presence in daily operations to maintain high service standards
Lead the team in achieving key BSC goals and business priorities
Review rosters and manage productivity to ensure efficient and effective operations
Oversee the reservation system and respond to guest enquiries or complaints with professionalism and care
Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with the planning and execution of promotions and events
Step in and support operationally across different roles during peak periods
Communicate with clarity and consistency, setting expectations and holding the team accountable
Be a supportive and empowering leader who encourages initiative, ownership and growth

Requirements:

Current RSA certificate
Experience in a similar food & beverage leadership role
Full Australian working rights
Confident in managing people, service, and productivity in a busy venue
Passionate about team development, customer service and operational excellence
Solutions-focused with a calm, can-do attitude
