Job Responsibility

Lead and manage the daily operations of the Lobby Lounge and Bar
Implement and uphold Ritz-Carlton standards, beverage policies, and operating procedures
Manage beverage control including inventory, portion standards, par levels, cost management, and period-end reporting
Oversee compliance with all local, state, and federal beverage and liquor regulations
Maintain food handling and sanitation standards
Collaborate with the culinary team to design, develop, and promote innovative beverage offerings and food pairings
Support the development and execution of beverage promotions and seasonal menus
Attend pre- and post-event or convention meetings
Monitor and analyze financial performance
Participate in budgeting and forecasting
