As a Lobby Lounge Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the Lobby Lounge. With a warm and welcoming approach, you will ensure every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. You will manage reservations, coordinate seating, and support the service team to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional, personalized service aligned with luxury and MICHELIN Guide–recommended standards
Create a welcoming and engaging guest experience by anticipating needs and building genuine connections
Manage reservations and the seating flow to ensure efficient service
Escort guests to their tables and present menus when appropriate
Maintain an accurate waitlist and communicate wait times clearly to guests
Coordinate with servers and leadership to ensure smooth service throughout the shift
Answer guest inquiries regarding the menu, lounge offerings, and hotel amenities
Monitor the dining room to ensure cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction
Assist with special requests, celebrations, and guest preferences when possible
Maintain a polished and professional presence in accordance with hotel standards
Support the Food & Beverage team to ensure a positive and memorable guest experience

Requirements:
Previous experience in a high-volume lounge, cocktail bar, or luxury hospitality environment
Previous experience in a host or guest service role is an asset
A confident, professional, and guest-focused approach to service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Serving It Right certification
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
