Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Lobby Concierge who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our Concierge Management Team.

Job Responsibility

Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies

Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent experience
  • Luxury Hotel Experience Preferred
  • Requires a working knowledge of the Concierge aspect of Four Seasons services, policies, and Resort operations
  • Requires working knowledge of activities and points of interest
  • Requires keyboarding and computer skills
  • Able to read and speak English
