As the Lobby Bar & Wagon Bar Manager, you will lead with excellence in a fast-paced, luxurious environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing the team, operations, and profitability of the bar.
Job Responsibility:
Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate, service-oriented team
Recruit, onboard, and continuously train team members to deliver outstanding service
Efficiently schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours
Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience by anticipating and exceeding guest needs
Engage with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns
Maintain a unique and immersive atmosphere by managing ambiance, music, and presentation
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations including inventory management, product quality, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistent service quality
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure ingredient quality and menu consistency
Financial Performance & Optimization: Achieve and exceed financial targets through effective cost control and sales strategies
Analyze financial reports to identify improvement opportunities and adjust operations accordingly
Explore new revenue streams such as private events and partnerships
Innovation & Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends to continuously enhance the bar’s offerings and guest experience
Introduce creative ideas to improve operations and overall bar vibe
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a bar or restaurant, preferably within a luxury hotel setting
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English

Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and keen attention to detail
In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
