Job Description:

Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience through activation of all outlet services within the lobby area. Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and surrounding area amenities.

Job Responsibility:

Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience

Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
