Job Description:

Engage hotel guests to enhance their service experience within the lobby, provide local knowledge, and fulfill guest requests while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Enhance guest service experiences within the lobby area
Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation and reservations
Provide information and recommendations about local area and property amenities
Address guest calls, requests, or problems by contacting appropriate departments
Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance
Ensure confidentiality and protect company assets
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Develop positive working relationships with the team and address employee concerns
Comply with quality assurance and safety standards
Perform physical activities like standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and handle objects up to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
