Job Description:

Kris An Charles Investments Co. Ltd. is recruiting Loans Officers for our Kingston, Port Antonio, May Pen and Santa Cruz branches, who are committed to sales, service and success and are seeking a challenging opportunity with a dynamic and progressive Company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Interview and assess prospective customers to determine eligibility for loans
  • Assess and analyse loan application and evaluate credit worthiness of applicants
  • Build and maintain relationships, generate prospects and convert to sales
  • Perform administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • At least a first degree in Business Administration or Marketing (completed)
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in sales/ loans
  • Must be target oriented with a drive to succeed in the microfinance industry
  • Exceptionally talented, energetic, high-performing
  • Excellent sales and negotiating skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and high appreciation for superior service standards
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational ability and multi-tasking skills
  • Time management skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office suite
