Job Description

A vacancy has arisen within Admiral Money for a Loans Executive within our growing Customer Operations team. The Loans executive plays a key role in supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their loan. You will be responsible for handling customer interactions across multiple channels, including telephone, email and webchat, ensuring a high-quality, compliant and customer-focused experience at every touchpoint.
