A vacancy has arisen within Admiral Money for a Loans Executive within our growing Customer Operations team. The Loans executive plays a key role in supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their loan. You will be responsible for handling customer interactions across multiple channels, including telephone, email and webchat, ensuring a high-quality, compliant and customer-focused experience at every touchpoint.
Job Responsibility:
Communicating with customers via telephone, email and webchat, guiding them through the loan application process and supporting queries or changes throughout the loan lifecycle
Delivering first-class customer service while maintaining high quality and regulatory standards in line with individual and departmental objectives
Making a positive impact through customer interactions and contributing to a supportive, engaging workplace culture
Adapting quickly to change in a fast-paced, growing business environment
Playing an active role as we explore and develop new communication methods
Requirements:
Experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to communicate with customers via telephone, email and webchat
Experience working accurately within process-driven or regulated environments
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Ability to use multiple IT systems simultaneously
Good numeracy and PC skills
