Job Description:

Support origination of structured finance/ syndication deals through engaging and pitching to clients and develop new business client relationships. Conduct credit analysis and put up credit proposals, due diligence and negotiation of term sheets and documents. Sensitivity analysis and building of financial models. Working closely with relevant departments, manage, execute and handle the deal process from origination to loan drawdown. Evaluate and manage waiver and consent requests etc from clients.

  • Strong financial and credit analysis skills, preferably with financial modelling skills
