Job Description:

Exciting role at a regional corporate bank in Singapore within the Loan Syndication team focusing on syndication deals, business development, credit applications, and market analysis.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborating with Corporate RMs to originate syndication deals
Support in pitching for MLAB for syndication deals for corporate and FI portfolios in regional markets, presenting and preparing pitchbooks and materials for origination
Preparing credit applications, assessing financials and support in negotiating terms and structuring the deals accordingly
Maintain documentation and follow through on the deal process
Partner with the distribution team throughout the syndication process
Networking with other banks and clients to tap on opportunities to increase deal volumes
Conducting research and analysis on the industry and market to identify business opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business and Finance related disciplines
Has 3-6 years of experience in corporate banking & syndication
Good credit analysis skills
