Job Responsibility

  • Enter new loan records into the mortgage processing platform and ensure each file is set up correctly from the start
  • Prepare and distribute required initial disclosure packages in accordance with established timelines and lending procedures
  • Coordinate third-party services by requesting title work, property appraisals, and flood certifications through the appropriate systems
  • Collect, upload, categorize, and maintain borrower documents so files remain organized and easy to review
  • Provide administrative support for loan funding activities by updating information and assisting with file readiness
  • Review loan documentation for completeness and maintain accurate records throughout the loan lifecycle
  • Partner closely with Loan Officers to address file needs, track outstanding items, and support day-to-day pipeline activity

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working in the mortgage industry
  • Background in loan origination, file setup, or loan processing is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with MortgageBot is preferred
  • Familiarity with additional mortgage-related systems is considered an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data and document handling
  • Solid computer and data entry skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining organized loan files and meeting deadlines

Nice to have

  • Background in loan origination, file setup, or loan processing is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with MortgageBot is preferred
  • Familiarity with additional mortgage-related systems is considered an advantage
