Job Description:

The Loan Settlements Analyst role involves managing and reviewing loan documentation and supporting various tasks in the loan process. The role focuses on secondary loan trading, with responsibilities including applying analytical thinking, data analysis, and professional judgment, preparing reports, supporting projects, and adhering to procedural requirements to minimize risks.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and review loan documentation
Provide support to tasks related to the loan process
Independently process and close loans within a complex loans operation environment
Apply professional judgment and data analysis tools
Prepare reports and present findings to management
Design and analyze complex reports
Support the implementation of projects by applying project management skills
Interpret data and make recommendations for the launch of new products/services
Identify policy gaps and suggest policy improvements
Minimize risk by adhering to procedural requirements
Timely management and resolution of loan documentation issues
Interact with external customers to disseminate or explain information

Requirements:

Loans experience desirable
Relevant experience
Can work well under pressure and multi-task with a sense of urgency
Proactive to escalate issues and drive change on process
Deliver results and able to meet tight deadlines
