Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Loan Servicing Specialist to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. Job Responsibility:

Prepare and deliver accurate loan confirmations, serving as a liaison between borrowers and external auditors while ensuring all documentation is properly maintained
Conduct thorough reviews of loan agreements and system records to verify accuracy and compliance, ensuring proper digital filing procedures are followed
Develop comprehensive client loan onboarding materials by analyzing and summarizing complex loan and credit agreements for senior management
Investigate and resolve escalated customer service issues by conducting detailed research and coordinating with clients and internal teams
Contribute to departmental audits by supporting review processes and participating in special projects assigned by leadership
Maintain a high standard of documentation and reporting to meet regulatory and organizational requirements
Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and identify areas for process enhancements

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan servicing, commercial lending, or a related field
Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and commercial lending practices
Proficiency in auditing processes with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to analyze complex loan and credit agreements and create clear, concise summaries
Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing escalated customer service issues
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, auditors, and internal teams
