Loan Servicing Specialist

• Manage a portfolio of overdue commercial and government-backed loans, ensuring timely and effective recovery efforts
• Conduct financial reviews and perform site visits to evaluate borrowers' repayment capacities
• Utilize skip tracing methods, asset reviews, and data analysis to enhance collection strategies
• Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and loan modifications in accordance with policies and legal guidelines
• Provide detailed updates on account statuses and recommend appropriate next steps, such as modifications, charge-offs, litigation, or liquidation
• Maintain thorough and compliant records of all communications and collection activities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the resolution of delinquent accounts

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in commercial loan collections or servicing
• Comprehensive knowledge of lending practices, collection regulations, and government program guidelines
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in conducting site visits, evaluating assets, and managing recovery processes
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to collaboration and problem-solving
• Background in banking, lending, or mission-driven finance is preferred
