This contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to the efficient handling of consumer loan servicing requests while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and high-quality member service. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of consumer loans, operational procedures, and compliance standards, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Job Responsibility

  • Process and manage various consumer loan servicing requests in alignment with organizational policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of operational guidelines, loan products, and services
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues related to consumer loan servicing
  • Complete reports and resolve technical issues to support ongoing operations
  • Handle additional projects and tasks as assigned by management to meet organizational goals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan servicing or a related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of consumer loans and loan administration processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other relevant software tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to research and resolve servicing issues
  • Effective communication skills to deliver exceptional member service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
