The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of consumer loans, operational procedures, and compliance standards, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Job Responsibility:
Process and manage various consumer loan servicing requests in alignment with organizational policies and procedures
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of operational guidelines, loan products, and services
Investigate and resolve compliance issues related to consumer loan servicing
Complete reports and resolve technical issues to support ongoing operations
Handle additional projects and tasks as assigned by management to meet organizational goals
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan servicing or a related field
Comprehensive knowledge of consumer loans and loan administration processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other relevant software tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to research and resolve servicing issues
Effective communication skills to deliver exceptional member service
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
