Loan Servicing Specialist (Bilingual: Spanish)

• Answer inbound calls and emails from borrowers regarding payments, portal access, taxes, insurance, verification of wire instructions, and other general servicing questions
• Respond promptly and professionally to borrower inquiries
• Make outbound calls (including collection calls to past-due borrowers) with confidence and clarity
• Process borrower correspondence via email and route requests appropriately
• Follow through with borrowers to ensure timely resolution and clearly communicate the final outcome
• From time to time, you may support other borrower communications and follow-ups related to construction draws and extensions
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

• Bilingual in Spanish: Must be fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing and customer service
• Confidence making collection calls and navigating challenging conversations
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple priorities under deadline pressure
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
• Promotes teamwork within the department
• Excellent grammatical, oral communication, writing, spelling, and proofreading skills, with the ability to express yourself clearly and effectively
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and loan servicing systems

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
