Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking Loan Servicing Representatives to join the Total Loss Team in our Auto Operations group. This team provides assistance to customers involved in a total loss, who may or may not have GAP insurance.

Job Responsibility:

Support a variety of loan servicing tasks, including processing customer informational letters, reviewing loan origination and insurance documents, and applying customer refunds as appropriate
Identify opportunities for improvement within loan servicing processes and recommend solutions
Provide excellent customer service at all points of contact
Manage a pipeline of work to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
Compile all necessary documents related to aftermarket products and/or GAP claims, such as purchase orders, contracts, insurance documents, customer account transaction history, vehicle invoice, etc.
Respond to written and phone inquiries from customers, GAP administrators, dealerships, insurance companies, and internal business partners, related to various loan servicing functions
Regularly receive direction from Loan Servicing supervisors
Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and/or customer support tasks
Provide guidance to less experienced peers

Requirements:

2+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Prior experience within auto operations
Financial and/or Insurance industry experience
Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline of work from assignment to completion
Strong telephone etiquette skills, including proficiency in managing both inbound and outbound calls
Customer service focus with the ability to address and resolve moderately complex issues
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including MS Excel
Ability to negotiate, influence, collaborate, and facilitate issue resolution with both internal and external parties
Proven analytical skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Effective time management experience and the ability to meet deadlines
