Job Responsibility

  • Process loan and payment transactions across agented, participated, and bilateral facilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of deals, including: Loan input and booking, Payment processing to lenders, Fee payments and invoice preparation, Generation of lender notices
  • Monitor incoming funds in syndication accounts from lenders and borrowers
  • Own daily Corona reconciliations and past-due reporting, including: Investigating and resolving all open items on assigned accounts, Following up until full resolution
  • Process assignments and amendments received from counterparties in a timely manner
  • Review and authorize transactions handled by the team
  • Set up, process, and reconcile insurance-related payments in line with internal procedures
  • Perform daily reconciliation of open items and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Collaborate closely with Middle Office, Loan Trading, and Loan Booking teams on daily operations

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of loan operations workflows, regulations, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with: Excel, Word, Loan IQ
  • Payplus required
  • Calypso and Corona are a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently
