Job Description

This is a detail-focused, customer-facing role in a regulated environment, suited to someone experienced in operational processing, customer liaison and working at pace. You’ll play a key part in ensuring lending deals are activated smoothly and efficiently, acting as a central point of contact for customers and dealer partners throughout the process. The role operates on a shift pattern, supporting a 7-day service, working 5 days out of 7.

Job Responsibility

  • Acting as the main contact for customers and dealer partners, providing clear updates on deal progress
  • Reviewing and processing documentation accurately to support deal activation and payout
  • Resolving queries and first-stage escalations to ensure positive customer outcomes
  • Ensuring all lending requirements and internal processes are met
  • Working closely with internal teams including Credit, Customer Services, Finance and Operations
  • Activating assets and ensuring payments and documentation are completed within agreed SLAs
  • Maintaining a strong right-first-time approach with high attention to detail
