The Loan Servicing-Fees Team provide operational support for multiple Clients and business sectors across the UK/E/MEA region providing Loan Administration services for both syndicated and bilateral deals originated and captured within the region. The mission is to provide a high quality and consistent level of service to all entities throughout the life cycle of the loan. Team’s main tasks are related to managing loan fees events and General Ledger entries processing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handling and reviewing loan documentation and providing support to a variety of tasks related to corporate loan processes
  • Being able to take on the role of a process coordinator/supervisor (if required)
  • Applying in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures to resolve issues
  • Responsibility for escalating control gaps and process related issues to senior management
  • Providing value-added perspective or advice that contributes to process improvements
  • Resolving complex problems where the case analysis or data requires an in-depth evaluation of loan procedures and industry standards
  • Assuming informal/formal leadership role within the team, is involved in the coaching and training of new recruits, and provides guidance and support to junior staff
  • Creating, developing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, management, internal/external clients and stakeholders, and seeking to understand their needs and providing solutions

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Reasonable knowledge of Business Processes, Systems and Tools used in the Loan Process
  • Understanding of Loan Processes, Procedures, Products and Services
  • General awareness of managing, preparing, and reviewing loan documentation
  • Adequate ability to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and issues
