Job Responsibility

  • Guide clients through the loan process, from evaluation to application completion, ensuring their financial goals are met
  • Foster lasting connections with clients by delivering exceptional service and tailored loan solutions
  • Review financial documents, perform credit evaluations, and ensure loan applicants meet the necessary qualifications
  • Work closely with underwriters to secure loan approvals, keeping clients informed throughout the process
  • Expand your pipeline by networking, building referrals, and seeking new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Loan Originator, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of loan products, policies, and industry guidelines
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with a focus on building trust
  • Proficiency in loan origination software and CRM systems
  • Active NMLS license required
  • Attention to detail and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must be licensed for Loan Processing in Florida, Alabama, Minnesota, or Texas
