Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Loan Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Austin, Texas. This role is ideal for someone with a keen attention to detail and a strong background in mortgage operations and administrative support. You will play a key role in ensuring loan documentation accuracy and compliance, while providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Verify that property insurance records are up-to-date and compliant
  • Ensure all loan files and related activities meet regulatory and company standards
  • Prepare and review loan documents, offering recommendations for renewals or modifications when necessary
  • Manage the mailing of payment receipts efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized loan files, schedules, tracking systems, and pipeline reports
  • Support loan officers with administrative tasks and address inquiries in a timely and thorough manner
  • Handle incoming department calls and provide assistance as needed
