We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Administrator to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a Contract to permanent position that requires on-site attendance. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of loan administration, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accuracy in all loan-related transactions.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the daily activities of loan administration, including loan collection efforts and monitoring past-due accounts
Process and ensure quality control of loan payments, disbursement requests, and account adjustments
Execute and review general ledger transactions and other loan-related financial procedures
Ensure compliance with lending regulations such as Regulation B, Regulation Z, and flood regulations
Monitor and enforce privacy standards and other banking regulations to safeguard sensitive information
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, manage formulas, and analyze data effectively
Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats to support internal and external stakeholders
Maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient loan administration process
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience in loan administration and accounting
Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly as they relate to general ledger entries
Knowledge of lending regulations, including HMDA, RESPA, Regulation B, and Regulation Z
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets and use formulas
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage time effectively
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities
