Job Responsibility

  • Supervise and manage daily loan operations, including loan collections, disbursement requests, and payment processing
  • Monitor and ensure timely follow-up on past-due accounts while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
  • Perform quality control checks on loan-related transactions, such as general ledger entries and account adjustments
  • Oversee the preparation and completion of loan disbursements and payoff processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience in loan administration and accounting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly as they relate to general ledger transactions
  • Familiarity with lending regulations, including Privacy, Regulation B, Regulation Z, and flood compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets with formulas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
