Job Description

This position plays a critical role in managing and processing loan-related activities, including advances, payments, payoffs, and fund transfers, while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of loan documentation. As a contract-to-permanent role, this opportunity provides a pathway to long-term collaboration within a dynamic and values-driven organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Process loan advances, payments, payoffs, and fund transfers with precision and timeliness
  • Prepare and maintain loan documentation for real estate investment projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Review and reconcile lender statements against paydown schedules to ensure financial accuracy
  • Monitor the setup, renewal, and payment activities for loans in the portfolio
  • Notarize release documents and other loan-related materials as needed
  • Assist in the origination and documentation of new credit facilities
  • Compile and provide monthly financial reports to the consolidation team
  • Support the preparation of lender-required reports, including project progress updates and covenant compliance information
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive financial data
  • Collaborate on other loan-related tasks and finance projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a loan administration or similar role, or equivalent education and experience
  • Certification as a Notary Public is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets, corporate financial management, and treasury operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
  • Familiarity with loan underwriting and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) processes
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated and deadline-driven, with a commitment to upholding company values and promoting diversity
