We conduct flutter analysis, incorporating flight control laws, to guarantee stability across the entire Airbus fleet under both nominal and failure conditions. This work is essential for securing EASA and FAA certification. Furthermore, we provide dynamic master models and unsteady aerodynamics models for dynamic analysis within the international organisation for all Airbus aircraft types.
Job Responsibility:
Generating a flutter model by assembling structure, mass, unsteady aerodynamics, and models for electronic flight control systems
Ensuring physically correct modelling of the dynamic system of the aircraft with emphasis on the linearisation of flight control laws and associated actuators
Supporting flight vibration tests, evaluating results, and applying test data for the validation of theoretical models (correcting models to match flight test results if needed)
Performing modal analysis, vibration, and aeroelastic stability calculations to support aircraft design, optimization, and certification
Requirements:
University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent
Competencies in FEM for Aeroelastics and ideally in flutter control
Experience in project management combined with theoretical know-how in supplier management
Highly motivated and open-minded personality with a great sense of initiative and the ability to deal with complex physics
Strong communication skills to work effectively with international interfaces
Language skills: English at negotiating level
German language skills (or willingness to learn) are required
Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
What we offer:
Attractive salary and special payments
30 days paid vacation and extra days-off for special occasions
