Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and professional Loading Dock Security Guard to join our team in Parramatta, NSW. This role is suited to a highly motivated security professional who can maintain a safe and secure environment while providing strong site access control, monitoring, and incident response support. The position requires availability from Monday to Saturday.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and control access to the loading dock and surrounding site areas
  • Manage vehicle and pedestrian access in line with site procedures
  • Liaise with staff, contractors, visitors, and delivery drivers in a professional manner
  • Conduct routine patrols and security checks
  • Observe and report suspicious activity, incidents, hazards, or breaches
  • Support workplace safety and compliance across the site
  • Assist with emergency response procedures when required
  • Maintain accurate incident reports, logs, and shift records
  • Escalate incidents and risks in accordance with site procedures

Requirements

  • Current NSW 1A Security Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Full unrestricted Driver Licence
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday
