Load Out Technician

The Load Out Technician is responsible for remotely loading finished product shipment from the facility, entering new truck data and processing of paperwork in the case of a system failure and other duties to ensure a safe, clean, and orderly work environment. A key focus of this role is providing exceptional service and communication to truck drivers and other logistics partners to ensure smooth, professional interactions throughout the loading process. This role is 12-hour shift that includes 2 weekends per month with overtime and generous time off. Rotation every 3 weeks between day (6 am - 6 pm) and night (6 pm- 6 am).
