Job Responsibility:

  • Generate and monitor the shipment production plan based on customer requirements in coordination with the production department
  • Ensure compliance with shipping programs and customer requirements, guaranteeing the satisfaction based on just-in-time deliveries and lean logistics procedures
  • Ensure the supply of materials from suppliers in order to avoid line or time stoppages deaths due to lack of material as well as extraordinary costs
  • Plan and carry out optimal inventory control based on established guidelines
  • Design and improve product packaging, and verify compliance with customer and supplier standard packaging specifications
  • Manage customer charges efficiently
  • Execute logistical activities in engineering changes

Requirements:

  • Industrial Engineer, International Business or related
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar position
  • Conversational English
  • Ideally experience on time and motion analysis and internal logistics management
  • Physical and virtual warehouse management (SAP)
