Job Responsibility:
Conduct comprehensive mental health intakes
Develop customized treatment plans
Complete timely documentation including diagnoses, plan updates, and session notes
Maintain a minimum of 25 direct client facing hours per week
Provide supervision to Limited Licensed clinicians through clinical consultation, mentorship, and ongoing support
Offer exceptional service to clients
Collaborate with a passionate, purpose-driven team
Bring creativity to interventions
Submit clear, concise documentation for every session
Partner with families, case managers, schools, medical professionals, and fellow teammates
Engage fully in team meetings, clinical trainings, and ongoing opportunities to learn
Requirements:
A master’s degree in behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
Must hold full, unrestricted licensure in the State of Michigan (fully licensed LMSW)
Proven experience in creating and implementing treatment plans
Proven experience in maintaining detailed clinical documentation including case notes and diagnostic updates
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to establish and uphold stable, ethical boundaries with clients in a clinical setting
Consistently completes session records, service notes, and required documentation promptly
Comfortable and confident working with a diverse population across age groups, backgrounds, and presenting issues
Proficient in day-to-day office tools and electronic health records (EHR)
Nice to have:
Prior experience in a private practice setting
Background in providing clinical supervision or mentoring to early-career clinicians
Working knowledge of therapy services, community support systems, insurance billing processes, and effective documentation practices
Established referral network
Fully licensed clinicians who are credentialed with multiple insurance panels and EAPs
Experience leveraging social media and community marketing
