Job Description

Robert Half is looking for an LMS Specialist to support a short-term engagement focused on learning management system cleanup, optimization, and administrative support within a corporate learning environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and experienced in maintaining and improving LMS data integrity and user experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform LMS system cleanup, including removing duplicate or outdated tags and improving overall tag structure for usability
  • Establish and maintain consistent naming conventions, metadata, and tagging to ensure optimal searchability and organization
  • Audit and update expired or outdated courses within the LMS
  • Collaborate with training administrators and cross-functional stakeholders to align on course updates and system improvements
  • Generate and analyze reports using Excel to support data cleanup and decision-making
  • Provide additional support on HR or learning-related projects, as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience administering Absorb LMS
  • 3+ years of overall experience in LMS administration, learning systems, or educational technology
  • Proven experience with user management, course setup, and reporting within an LMS environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a process improvement mindset
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-based environment
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team success
