Job Description

We are looking for an experienced LMS Instructional Developer to collaborate with faculty, curriculum teams, and technology specialists in crafting innovative learning solutions for competency-based medical education. This role emphasizes enhancing the design, accessibility, and effectiveness of digital learning resources and platforms while adhering to accreditation standards. This is a long-term contract position based in Piscataway, New Jersey.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with faculty and curriculum leaders to design and implement technology-driven learning solutions
  • Develop and enhance digital course content and materials to ensure accessibility and consistency
  • Align learning objectives and assessments with competency-based frameworks and accreditation requirements
  • Train faculty on the effective use of educational technologies and digital tools to improve teaching practices
  • Create interactive and engaging technology-enabled learning experiences to boost learner engagement
  • Optimize instructional platforms and tools to enhance course delivery and assessment outcomes
  • Conduct regular reviews of digital learning materials to ensure compliance with institutional standards
  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and maintain learning systems and platforms

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or application support within educational settings
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Dell Technologies, and Cisco Technologies
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and application support processes
  • Experience with implementing and maintaining digital learning platforms
  • Ability to design engaging and accessible digital course content
  • Familiarity with competency-based education frameworks and accreditation standards
