Requirements

Evening and/or weekend availability required
Minimum caseload 12-15 recorded client sessions per week for part-time clinicians
Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
Active Michigan license: LPC, LMSW, LP, LLPC, or LLMSW
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
Experience working with children (8+), teens, couples, or families preferred
Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant a plus)

Master’s Degree or higher in behavioral sciences or a related field
License to practice therapy in the state of Michigan (LCSW, LLMSW, LPC, LMFT, LP, et. al.)
Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes

Job Responsibility

Evaluate mental health diagnoses, then create and implement a treatment plan
Complete ongoing documentation (including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes) in a timely manner
Maintain a caseload of 25+ client sessions per week
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
