At Ellie Mental Health – Clinton Township, we’ve built a clinic where therapists are supported, valued, and free to focus on what they do best—helping clients. We’re looking for a dynamic LLMSW with afternoon and evening availability, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, supportive team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct assessments, create/implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation
  • Deliver therapy to children (10+), teens, couples, and families
  • Use creativity and evidence-based interventions to help clients meet goals
  • Build strong relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
  • Collaborate with a supportive team and represent Ellie in the community
  • Maintain an average caseload of 25 sessions/week for full-time

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • Active Michigan license (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, LP)
  • Some experience in Private Practice
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfort working with diverse populations
  • Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and case notes
  • Afternoon and evening availability
  • Some evening and/or Saturday availability required (flexible times)
