Job Description:

You will join our client, a leading provider of premium Online Gaming Software solutions, to lead the end-to-end operation of a large, 24/7 live streaming studio in Medellin. You’ll ensure uptime, quality service, and smooth production across all shifts while guiding a multi-layer on-site team of 200–300 people. You’ll collaborate with technical, network, and central operations teams to drive growth, expansion, and continuous improvement, reporting to the Head of Studios and serving as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and oversee 24/7 live streaming studio operations to ensure stability, uptime, and SLA compliance
  • Manage and develop a leadership structure of 3–4 managers overseeing multiple teams and shifts
  • Drive operational performance against KPIs, quality benchmarks, and service standards
  • Own studio expansion, launch, and improvement projects, including timelines and budgets
  • Establish, document, and enforce SOPs, workflows, and operational best practices
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant working environment and address live incidents quickly
  • Partner with technical, IT, and network teams to resolve issues and perform root-cause analysis
  • Prepare, analyse, and present operational updates and KPI reports to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Senior operations leader with proven experience running large-scale, fast-paced, 24/7 environments—preferably in live streaming, broadcast, gaming operations, or other highly technical services
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience overseeing 150+ employees across multiple teams
  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • Data-driven mindset with strong Excel skills
