Job Responsibility:
Monitoring Shopify’s production systems: debugging, diagnosing, and understanding the technical details behind any problems, and working with owning teams to respond, and repair problems
Enhancing Observability and Resiliency: Maintain tools and dashboards that provide real-time insights into system performance and ensure 24/7 commerce operations
Supporting Global Deployment and High-Scale Customers: Support our platform's global footprint, ensuring the success of our enterprise customers with high-scale requirements
