Live-out Nanny

• Providing high-quality, attentive care to both children
• Planning fun, educational and developmentally appropriate activities
• Supporting early learning, including phonics and language development through engaging and imaginative activities
• Taking the children to classes, outings and activities
• Preparing occasional nutritious lunches for the children
• Maintaining clear routines, boundaries and structure (firm but fair)
• Working collaboratively with parents and the full-time Housekeeper
• Remaining flexible and willing to help where needed
• Travelling with the family when required, sometimes at short notice

• Warm, kind, loving and emotionally intuitive
• Confident, calm and consistent in setting boundaries
• Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Development with proven experience with similar ages in HNW families
• Active, creative and genuinely enjoys engaging with young children
• Exceptionally organised with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working alongside hands-on parents and knowing when to step back
• Fluent English
